Titan Australia is the largest integrated provider of tyres, wheels, undercarriage components and associated services in Australia, supplying and servicing the Original Equipment and Aftermarket requirements of the Industrial, Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, Transport, Agricultural, Recreational and general consumer off the road (OTR) markets.
We now have an opportunity for a self-motivated, suitably experienced person to join our warehouse and logistics team coordinating goods inwards activites.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize transport procedures
- Coordinate warehouse function to eliminate errors and ensure quality control
- Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient, effective and sustainable operations
- Recruit and coordinate warehouse staff (e.g. store persons) according to availabilities and requirements
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
