The Company
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of electrical harnesses and components that are distributed to various industries including emergency services, mining and military.
Based in Bayswater, our client is currently experiencing a large growth and is looking to add to their manufacturing team!
This is Monday-Friday ongoing work that can lead into full time employment and career growth for the right candidate!

The Role
- Pick packing
- Counterbalance forklift driving
- Experience with inwards goods
- Hand and Power tool use
- Working to tight schedules
- Operate within safety requirements and regulations
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Manual handling of up 5kg- 20kg
- Repetitive tasks
To be successful in this role you will be required to travel to Ararat for training (All expenses paid for) - This role will commence within the following two weeks, therefore you will need to be able to start immediately.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal IS A MUST !
- Immaculate attendance and punctuality record
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude that encourages teamwork
- Availability to work 5 days ongoing and into a permanent role
- Available to start immediately
- Be available for the following hours; 7.30am-4.05pm
- Ability to read and write English without assistance is a MUST !

This work heavily deals with coloured wiring, those who are colour blind unfortunately will NOT be suitable
To be successful for this position you will need to complete the following:
- A basic aptitude and colour blindness test
- Basic medical and functional assessment
- 4 weeks paid training in Country Victoria (accommodation provided)
- Must be available for an interview immediately
