ActivateRail is the new entity for the Sterling Group whom look after Rail Interfacing, Project Delivery and Site Services (on site staffing) for all of the major rail operators.

We are currently experiencing growth in the demand for Rail Track Protection (Safeworking) staff to support state wide operations in Victoria either as a Permanent Employee of ours or a Casual.

Roles:

We are seeking experienced and competent staff to fill the following roles to expand our current team:

· Track Force Protection Coordinators Level 1 (TFPC 3.1)

· Track Force Protection Coordinators Level 2 (TFPC 3.2)

- Track Force Protection Coordinators Level 3 (TFPC 3.3)

- Permit to Work recipients

- Track Certification and Maintainer

We are seeking applications from people already holding competency in the above roles and must already possess a Rail Industry Worker profile and associated competencies.  Opportunities are offering highly competitive pay rates to the right candidates.

You will ideally hold competencies for the above roles across all 3 rail operators (MTM, VLine & ARTC) however candidates with accreditation for only one or two rail operators will also be considered.   

On top of your competencies you will need:

· RIW Ticket with evidence of approved roles against your profile

· OH&S White/Red Card

· Reliable transport

These roles will require availability on days, nights and weekends with some opportunity for state wide travel.

You must have the ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen and have a commitment to WHS policies and procedures. Please note that only shortlisted candidates that meet all of the above criteria will be contacted.
