The opportunity: We are currently recruiting for a Transport Allocator to be based in Prospect to work our night shift, 9:30pm - 6am Monday - Friday.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To ensure that all government regulations are being adhered to within the operation
• Responding to all staff promptly
• Ensure jobs are allocated in a manner that ensure safety and legal compliance
• Work closely with Operations management to ensure runs are always organised in a manner that ensures high levels of productivity, fairness and equity amongst drivers

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Metro transport knowledge essential
• Driver fatigue management and load restraint knowledge
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Good prioritising skills and time management
• Great personality with a “can do” attitude and a “continuous improvement” mindset
