We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Port Melbourne operations.

The role is hands-on, physically demanding and accountable for the daily running of the Night Shift. You would also have had previous experience in a cold storage warehouse environment and be familiar with warehouse management practice and have customer focus.

You will be responsible for supervising of warehouse staff, delegating and checking work, picking orders, whilst also ensuring that all trucks are loaded with all the correct stock for distribution.

Skills Required

The successful applicant must have:​

• 3+ years of extensive warehousing experience

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a supervisory role

• RF Scanning

• Good people and team building skills

• Ability to direct and manage staff of 3+

• Extreme eye for detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and organisation of work

• Experience in applying proactive OH&S practices and an understanding of HACCP, Food Safety and Quality

• Current forklift licence required

• Reliable and flexible
