The opportunity
Partnered with our client, we are looking for a motivated go-getter looking to kick-start or continue their career in a Warehouse environment. Working Full-Time Monday to Friday, you will be mentored by industry professionals whilst working as a Partsperson in our client’s Parts Operations Business unit. Over this 24-month Traineeship, you will also be completing your theory coursework in a digital delivery mode, working towards a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (TLI31616). On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing functions, ensuring system inventory accuracy;
- General warehouse activities including stock takes, maintenance, improvements, and allocation of work as directed from the Leading Hand;
- Undertake Administration and generation of information required for monthly reordering consumables and taking appropriate action where required;
- Adhering to company policies, including WH&S requirements;
- Maintaining accurate and saleable inventory by regular cycle counts as per cycle count plan;
- Recommending and arranging protection of inventory within budget constraints and establishing and adhering to inspection plan; and
- Ensuring the timely and safe delivery of materials and services to internal and external customers.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a motivated individual with a “can do” attitude, who has great attention to detail skills. You must have a sincere desire to continue your career in a Warehouse environment as a Partsperson. In addition to these qualities, you will:
- Have a Year 10 Certificate at the minimum;
- Have excellent listening communication skills;
- Thrive working within a team environment, but also strives to deliver high standards of work whilst working autonomously;
- Demonstrate an excellent aptitude for adhering to safety requirements; and
- Proven ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
