Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately owned 3PL providers in their industry.
As part of their commitment to sustained improvement, The business is looking to employ a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join their Melbourne team.
You will be afforded the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Store Manager whilst you learn and get to understand the operational procedures for the role.
This will then allow you to take on greater management responsibilities by coordinating processes and activities during the shift whilst building a culture of continuous improvement.
Naturally to be considered for this position you will come from a strong warehouse management background and understand the nature of 3PL distribution.
It is expected that you have the ability to supervise teams and provide training and performance management when required.
A natural communicator you will have the ability to deliver strong messages to groups, gather support and lead positive change.
You will be a proactive leader with the ability to think on your feet and act with initiative when required.
Ideally you will have a background in 3PL and have experience dealing with a high number of SKU's and customers.
