About the role
Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, the Sourcing Lead will develop, deliver and support business critical category strategies and related sourcing activities through proactive engagement with key business stakeholders and the external market.
The Sourcing Lead will be engaged in the Procurement Transformation Program and be responsible for liaising with suppliers and undertaking contracting and procurement activity at all levels, ensuring procurement savings are achieved through effective procurement of goods and services in line with organisational policy and process.
What you will bring
• Previous experience in sourcing and procurement environments
• A background in project and change management
• Experience with procurement transformation projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and proven negotiation ability
• Any related professional qualifications will be highly regarded
