Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Waste Performance Analyst to join the Waste Services Group, based in Gladstone/Calliope.
The purpose of this position is to lead in the achievement of business objectives by providing high quality analytical support, reporting, planning and the facilitation of process improvement.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematics (or related discipline) and/or demonstrated experience working in an analyst role with sound discipline knowledge of the underlying principles of data analytics and business process modelling, and previous experience undertaking operational analysis including profitability analysis, data accuracy, and integrity of business reporting.
- Proven success resolving issues, finding solutions and making sound business recommendations to senior management, and meeting priorities whilst working to simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written English) skills and experience liaising with management, employees and customers.
- High-level of proficiency in planning, prioritisation and organising workloads in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Analytical software and operating corporate business systems.
- Legally able to drive a motor vehicle in Queensland.
