Your key responsibilities will be:
To support Business Intelligence functions to deliver performance reporting and analysis for the Local Government, On-Street and Back of House operations. As the subject matter expert in the provision of analysis, trends and tactical options, the incumbent will have the skills and ability to capture required data, make recommendations for appropriate strategies through business intelligence and provide technical support in the account management of clients and systems
In order to be successful you will posess the following:
- Be able to intricately analyse performance data at a strategic level, in order to identify opportunities to improve overall performance
- The ability to maintain a detailed understanding of reporting processes and associated performance/trends
- Effectively communicate recommendations supported by logic and rational process to internal and external stakeholders
- Technical ability to, or ability to quickly learn, the running and writing of required code/queries for the purpose of extracting data from LG databases, along with other supporting applications
- Understand all relavent legislative requirements and codes of conducts
- Regularly review work practices, procedures and policies to ensure they meet commitments made to clients and are in line with company prescribed processes
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identify coaching and training requirements, providing recommendations to managers
- Have the ability to analyse individual, team and company performance statistics against internal and external KPI's
- Advanced computer literacy, including demonstrable expertise with: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and SQL Server 2000+
Ideally you will have customer service exposure in a contact centre environment, and exper in high volume, low value debt collections within the utility or services sector.
