This blue chip organisation is embarking on a major transformation which is impacting all aspects of the business. The program is both strategic and operational with multiple streams that are identifying best practice in operations, simplifying and streamlining the business, and driving cultural change.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation in the PMO, this role will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders and designing the Change Management strategies for the Program and the Steams. The organisation is action oriented and moving quickly into the transformation and this role will work closely with the involved Executives and the Transformation team.
You must be an experienced senior Change professional with strong expertise working at the Program level on diverse business transformations with multiple streams including cultural change.
