Our client is Australia's leading Private Equity firm. Based in Sydney, they have billion dollar funds under management invested in some of Australia's smartest companies ready to go to IPO's.

You can build your commercial career working in this fast-paced, business-savy investment house.

They seek potential business consultants of the highest commercial calibre with 2 to 4 years post-graduate experience. This experience MUST have been gained with one of the MBB strategy consulting firms OR a tier-one investment bank. Outstanding accedemic results are essential as is a high level of intellectual curiosity and capacity for independant thought.

In this role you will be able to build deeper strategic experiences within portfolio companies working with directors and senior captains of industry. In addition you will be involved in assessing investment opportunities developing skills in valuations and financial modelling, capital management, debt raising, contract negotiation and transaction process management. 

Remuneration is significant with the opportunity to participate in carry. Though the envirionment is fast-paced and deal-focused, the quality of work/life balance is very manageable as the majority of deals are Australian based requiring little overseas travel.
