Full-time Quality Officer Position available for a 1 year contract with possible extension.
Your new company
You will be working for a Federal Government Department located on the North side of Brisbane. This organisation is searching for a Quality Officer to join the team on a 12 month contract with possible extension.
Your new role
In this position, you will undertake internal quality assurance processes, including sample audit programs and service delivery quality trend reports and outcomes analysis. You will research, manipulate and present data to contribute to the development of performance reports, and provide this information to, liaise with and support internal and external stakeholders. You will also monitor team business processes and customer service standards to ensure they are met, achieve positive outcomes and provide feedback if required. Other tasks include contributing insights to regional performance, monitoring risk and advising corrective and preventative actions, providing guidance and support to regional management and service delivery teams including technical advice, performance reports, audit reports and more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in quality or compliance, with a focus on data analysis, feedback and support. Experience in the disability or not-for-profit industry is highly desirable. To be successful, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and allocate tasks.
