The primary responsibility of the Strategy Manager, is to assist in the development of strategic priorities and initiatives to deliver long-term growth to the business.  The role will drive medium and short term planning and will monitor and manage progress against the plan in a way that supports delivery against targets.
This role also has responsibility for growing the commercial acumen of the team, providing appropriate tools and models to support a faster go to market process within the business.

To be successful you will possess:

• Degree qualification with major in Marketing, Business or Accounting
• MBA /postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role and experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrable experience developing business strategies and plans and overseeing their successful implementation
• Experience in a large scale, B2C environment highly regarded
