The Company & Team
Based in Darwin, you will be part of a well-established organisation that is passionate about how change impacts their business. This role is integral to business change and how projects are delivered across all departments.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of People and Capability you will be responsible for creating and implementing change management and internal communication strategies to maximise stakeholder engagement, employee adoption and usage, minimise resistance and improve utilisation.
Your day to day responsibilities are to develop and maintain Change Management work schedules and communication plans and provide strategic support across the business.
You
To be successful in this position you will have 3 + years experience in change management that has been effective across the business including HR, ICT and Finance. You will have the ability to think strategically and tactically, translate complexity to simplicity and apply problem solving to develop practical business solutions.
