About the role

As a Customer Strategy Analyst with ahm, you will have the responsibility of framing, scoping, developing and solving strategic problems. You will apply structured, innovative and customer-focused problem-solving techniques, whilst thinking creatively and innovatively.

You will be crucial in the development of ahm’s customer growth strategy, proposition design and go to market approach for diversified offerings to ensure they are fit for purpose and that the opportunities are maximized.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Identify and assess strategic issues and opportunities through the direction and review of a fact base from qualitative and quantitative analyses;
• Work with the ahm team and broader Medibank stakeholders to ensure successful development and delivery of pipeline and strategic initiatives;
• Build, lead, co-ordinate and manage working groups and ensure they work collaboratively to achieve desired objectives;
• Direct and review analysis and interpretation of external and internal data to develop strategies and recommendations; and
• Review market data and insights developed by Group Strategy to ensure they can be leveraged by ahm.

You will have:

• A successful track record in strategy development and a minimum of three years’ experience in business strategy or external consultancy;
• Experience in management consulting, health, finance, or insurance industries;
• Demonstrated achievement and significant experience in leading advanced financial, business case and other quantitative analyses;
• Demonstrated success in structured problem solving;
• Strong communication skills, including ability to structure a story and communicate with clarity and precision influence executive audiences; and
• The ability to influence and build relationships with Senior Management across the business.
