One of our clients based at Erskine Park, is looking for a HACCP Implementation Officer to join their busy team for 1 month with possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will assist with HACCP implementation & will have a quality background in food.
You will assist in:
1. Creating the HACCP plan.
2. Development of process flow charts
3. Development of policies
a. Hygiene
b. Glass Breakage
c. Allergen
4. SOP/procedures
a. Creation of new required as part of HACCP or
b. Amendment of current to encompasses total site (un-“proctorisation”)
