About the role
Our Deloitte Risk Advisory team in Melbourne and Sydney is focused on helping organisations protect their reputation by transforming their culture and building peak performance operating environments through their people. As a Consultant/Manager you will be accountable for;
- Designing and delivering cultural transformation programs targeting psychological safety and corporate wellbeing
- Key elements of the role involve conducting cultural assessments and designing strategies targeted at key risks
- Implementation of innovative programs that focus on psychological safety leadership
- Leading groups and teams through change
- Facilitating group sessions with senior leaders as well as line management
- Project management/financial management
- Business development
About your experience
- You will be experienced in consulting in a client-focused environment
- Degree in Psychology / Organisation Psychology or an HR generalist degree
- Have a keen Interest in culture, safety, and wellbeing and care about making a difference to people
- Able to detect problems before they occur and develop strategies
- Project management of multiple projects at once / financials management
- Worked in consulting, human capital or change leadership
- You will be a person who enjoys working within a cohesive team with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A naturally inquisitive mindset and desire to understand your clients’ overall operations, allowing you to deliver the most impactful outcomes
