As a result on internal movement the opportunity has arisen for a commercial analyst to join the team where you will have the opportunity to be exposed to high level business operations and gain valuable insight working under the direction and guidance 3 senior members of management.
About the Role
This role will act as a key liaison point for two of the organisations projects and provide both commercial and contract management support. With role accountability to both the Commercial Manager and Legal Counsel your duties will include:
- Completion of both monthly and bimonthly reporting for the Board
- Oversee the preparation of Joint Venture Operations and Joint Venture Board meeting schedules
- Assist with the management, compliance and renegotiation of major contracts
- Review of quarterly royalty returns
- Maintenance of internal governance systems
- Management of insurance portfolio and assist in the commercial review of agreements
- Ad Hoc projects under the direction of the Commercial Manager
About You
This role will suit a self-motivated individual with a versatile nature with the ability to work with changing work requirements and demands. Ideally you will be degree qualified (Business, Commerce, Law) and have 2-4 years’ experience in a commercial role where you have been exposed to various aspects of contract management and negotiation, management of insurance agreements and provision of advice and reporting on various compliance requirements of a business.
