One of our clients based in Sydney CBD, is looking for a Project Officer to join their busy team for 12 months.
Responsibilities
• Effectively manage financial forecasts, actuals, reporting and management - for monthly reporting and for input into Gate submissions and Board funding requests.
• Assist the PD/PM in the successful delivery of project scope to agreed cost and timelines
• Effectively manage PMO deliverables with project stakeholders
• Management of PPM activities including Project Status reporting
• Assist with completion of Steering Committee Packs and completion of meeting minutes
• Collaboration within the program, sharing insights, learnings and new ways of doing things
• Subject matter expertise in PPM and Ariba
Selection criteria
• 3-6 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in Project and Portfolio Management
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in using Ariba would be valuable
