The purpose of the program is the removal of manual customer on-boarding process via system automation, Improve customer completeness and accuracy when on-boarding new customers and Improved utilisation of current workforce.
Responsibilities of the role
- Development & delivery of a Change Management Strategy and Execution to meet target state
- Working with well supported and skilled project team to drive necessary changes on behalf of the business
- Engaging both frontline, middle office and back office staff across Operations, HR, IT and Business
- Build effective relationships with Senior Stakeholders to be the entrusted Change agent/partner
- Defining and achieving agreed measurable Change outcomes
- Prepared to undertake limited international travel
Experience required
- End to end change management experience 8 + years
- Banking and Finance experience mandatory
- Regulatory and Customer facing (retail & business bank) experience preferred
