The purpose of the program is the removal of manual customer on-boarding process via system automation, Improve customer completeness and accuracy when on-boarding new customers and Improved utilisation of current workforce.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Development & delivery of a Change Management Strategy and Execution to meet target state
  • Working with well supported and skilled project team to drive necessary changes on behalf of the business
  • Engaging both frontline, middle office and back office staff across Operations, HR, IT and Business
  • Build effective relationships with Senior Stakeholders to be the entrusted Change agent/partner
  • Defining and achieving agreed measurable Change outcomes
  • Prepared to undertake limited international travel

Experience required

  • End to end change management experience 8 + years
  • Banking and Finance experience mandatory
  • Regulatory and Customer facing (retail & business bank) experience preferred
