About You
You are a process and detail driven creative thinker with exceptional communication and engagement skills. You are a SAP expert, with the ability to provide superior SAP HR Payroll testing; and have a strong understanding of Workforce Management functions and solutions and the SAP Success Factors Module. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
About the Role
Reporting to the Solution Architect – Workforce Management, you will undertake full end to end testing lifecycle, from preparing the test scripts, to the full test execution. You will develop and deliver applications testing services within agreed time, cost and quality expectations; develop detailed test plans and test cases from business process models and systems designs; and provide status reporting against test plans for stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Significant experience in using SAP
- Data analysis expertise and experience
- Proven background testing design and strategy
- Extensive experience in manual test execution
- Strong experience reporting progress and estimating work outstanding
- Extensive experience and understanding of testing principles and methodologies
