As part of our exciting growth strategy, a newly created role has become available for a hands-on Change Lead to deliver and execute change management activities and programs to support the implementation of projects across the business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change
- Identifying potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Developing and delivering a range of change artefacts e.g. change management plan, stakeholder analysis, impact & readiness assessments, and reporting in accordance with project governance
- Supporting the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders
- Networking effectively across a complex organisational structure, building relationships across the group in order to ensure that the project delivers a relevant, value-added solution
- Conducting and facilitating change planning sessions, document outcomes and recommendations
As our successful candidate you are a change champion with proven experience implementing and evaluating complex organisational change programs while working across multiple projects. You have exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and influential skills with a determination to uncover insights and demonstrate initiative. A forward thinking approach, resilience and an ability to manage high workload and conflicting priorities is essential.
