With an AMEA (Asia Middle East Africa) region focus, this position will act as the change manager for two priority programs co owned by the Integrated Supply Chain and Information Technology & Solutions functions.  These programs focus on enabling our strategy of creating the factory of the future providing our plants with lines that are truly world class while improving plant security with the introduction of a new global security organisation and the change of downstream behaviours and practices.


In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


- Designing and executing an appropriately integrated change strategy including identification and assessment of ongoing impacts to the organisation, its people, processes and technology.
- Definition Design and Delivery of appropriate change management interventions that drive the right behaviours and align to the outcomes of the project
- Cultivation of a network  of change champions across impacted parts of the business to translate global activity
- Design and management of a communication and engagement strategy and a plan to build and reinforce awareness of key messages
- Leadership of relevant learning activities to bring new behaviours to life.
- Co-ordination, creation and delivery of a project change sustainability plan to drive employee adoption after the go live and immediately after go live support phase

The role will cover AMEA regional accountabilities To set you up for success you will be degree qualified in HR or similar discipline and have had exposure to the best in practice HR Business Leadership and Change Management.  You will have proven experience working in a multinational corporation within both Human Resources, Manufacturing Operations and influencing senior executive stakeholders.  Your experience in training and instructional design ensure you are able to motivate others and provide perspective to the projects.  Clear communication, ability to creatively solve problems and being highly agile with change is essential.
