Responsibilities:
This is a leadership position with a multi-client focus, setting analytical direction within loyalty marketing which is aligned to strategic objectives set by clients and the business.
You will be supporting business development teams with clients via analytics and help develop relationship with key accounts. Your team will be responsible for delivering recommendations for campaigns and customer treatments, using data and analytics to do so.
The team is currently at 3, but will be increasing over the year. Part of the position is focused on developing the current team and leading from the front in terms of best practices and hands-on technical work (should the need arise). You will also be leading and support complex projects within the wider team and their client analytical road-maps.
The position works directly with the Analytics Director in productionalizing advanced analytical methods.
Requirements:
The right person for this position will have the following experience:
- Relative degree in; Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Quantitative Economics etc..
- 7-10 year's of experience working with commercial data and analysing data in customer marketing focused environments
- 3+ year's of experience in managing and leading analytical teams
- Proven ability in developing case studies, production and optimising analytical solutions
- Industry experience in; Consulting, Agency, Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
