As Head of Process Transformation, you will join a team of specialised experts that work to revamp, redesign, and maintain existing and new processes to better support their client mission and also reduce costs.   
You will be responsible for quantifying current state process performance, identifying the key improvements required to improve performance and facilitating implementation of changes and assessment of benefits. You will provide input on the initiatives identified and being prioritised as to whether they will have simplification process improvement opportunities and potential benefits. You will liaise with stakeholders, customers and leverage data to understand the end to end initiative through current state assessments and value stream mapping.  

You will also hold additional responsibilities for building world class capability in your division. You’ll be a role model for our client’s ways of working and be passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing others to be the best versions of themselves.

What will you bring to the role?  

• Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt 
• Ability to work hands-on, collaboratively and with passion and energy as part of an agile team. 
• Significant demonstrated leadership experience - managing and coaching people in Process Transformation 
• Experience overseeing a cross business portfolio of projects that utilise Lean thinking in both Design and BAU  
• Highly proficient in analysis and analytical tools and techniques applied to complex problems 
• Be highly adapt at identifying the right data to solve problems 
• Be highly proactive at defining the problem and gathering relevant data and insight
