Our client, a leading in the change field, is currently guiding a very large government department through a period of considerable change.

They require a Organisational Change Facilitator to work closely with the change manager & director to assist in the change project.

You will be doing the follow;

• Supporting the change team with activity & project reporting. 
• Liaising with stakeholders and team members. 
• Developing the position descriptions & organisations charts and input / develop the finalised framework in the HR tool.
• Assist in developing the redundancy packages and collateral.
