The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for conducting a Stakeholder Analysis, and a Change Impact Assessment, as well as coaching and mentoring of Product Owners to elicit what change is required on a complex program of work.
The successful candidate will be experienced organisational change professional ideally with experience across similar programs within Risk managing multiple stakeholders and working with tight timeframes.
Required experience:
- Minimum five years senior OCM experience
- Banking and Financial Services industry experience
- Exposure to Credit or Data related projects would be advantageous
- Experience working on regulatory (APRA) related projects
- Experience working in Risk Management
