A Manager/Senior Manager is required for a specialised health consultancy group - a gifted people manager and highly skilled consultant, who is skilled in evidence-based methodology and project management, with advanced written and verbal communications skills and expertise.
As the Manager/Senior Manager, you are able to apply research, evaluation methodology and analysis to a broad range of healthcare settings and providers.
Required skills and experience:
- Strategic review and framework development
- A thorough understanding of change management and behaviour change principles
- Implementation planning with toolkit and resource development
- Development of program logic, evaluation design and tools
- Designing qualitative research surveys and facilitating focus groups
- Literature and evidence reviews
- Synthesis of complex information and data
- Delivering high-quality solutions to clients
The understanding of behaviour change and required interventions to support self-management of chronic disease would be a real advantage.
- 10 + years in health, programs design and/or delivery, policy development
- 3 + years in people management
- Sound knowledge of government, academic institutions and the not-for-profit health sectors
- Experience in or knowledge of the role, health consulting, plays in the sector
