Let’s talk about the JOB:

Reporting to our CFO as part of the Finance Leadership team, you will be responsible for helping ME deliver on its purpose, with a focus on executing “today” whilst providing key insights to challenge and facilitate strategic decision making to help plan for “tomorrow”.

You will act as a true change agent in this unique role, influencing and leading cross-functional teams and assisting the Executive group to translate strategies to scorecards and performance goals.

You will lead the development of ME’s strategy, facilitating blue sky thinking, while developing and maintaining a strategic execution operating rhythm and framework.You will be tasked with business performance monitoring and will coordinate the annual business planning cycle, correlating strategic objectives with customer experience and commercial outcomes.

As the successful candidate you will have a well-rounded strategic tool kit gained in a digitally astute organisation, financial services, and/or an external consulting firm. You have experience in blue sky thinking through to strategy execution, and utilise your exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to take people on a journey.

You’re a hands-on leader with proven experience reporting up and presenting to the Board. Your logical thinking cuts through any ambiguity and helps to connect the dots, whilst your analytical mindset allows you to uncover key market insights and internal performance benchmarks to lead the development of ME’s strategy in a rapidly changing financial services landscape.
