Residing in this Division, the Data Analytics and Insights team works closely with groups across the department to address targeted business problems through the application of systematic analytical approaches.

Your new Role
The main responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- You will be required to design and document end-end process design across all service delivery, corporate and engagement areas
- You will document high quality process maps to be embedded within the enterprise Business Process Modelling tool and following our process improvement methodology
- You will facilitate and support workshops, working with stakeholders to define process, identify current issues and develop future state process maps
- Currently with very low process maturity, you will be required to help business users to understand the process maps and gain agreement on potential future state solutions
- You will also be responsible for performing gap analysis on existing written procedure
- Provide various internal teams with dedicated support to design / improve and document process flows.
About You
- Expert in developing datasets
- Strong communication skills to form good working relationships with team members and business areas, who are familiar with Agile Project Management values and principles
- Analytics professional who can apply their skills to offer practical solutions and recommendations to support strategic decision making
- Solid data visualisation and presentation development/delivery techniques
- High level skills with SQL, SAS and Excel. Other coding experience would also be of benefit
- Strong data preparation and manipulation skills
- Solid experience with Enterprise Data Management
- Ability to manage a geographically dispersed (Virtual) team
Desired but not essential:
- Qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operational Research
