Reporting to the Business Improvement Supervisor this role joins a team of 6 key team members focussed on continual improvement initiatives across the business for both internal and external stakeholders.
The key focus of this role will be reviewing and implementing process controls across the business & ensuring well written, effective control plans are in place across a range of functions.
The role will suit part time candidates seeking hours across 5 days / school hours and will be for an initial period of 6 months covering leave
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Proactively identify processes that would benefit from Business Improvement (BI) and recommend the appropriate action
- Coordinate the Project Management of various process improvement initiatives identified in the business
- Define and financially justify projects and launch project teams
- Engage stakeholders utilising effective change management techniques
- Review processes mapped and provide data to project teams in line with project objectives
- Mentor and coach leaders within the business unit in the utilisation of CPS and how to initiate WesTrac best practice
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Relevant business or tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a Project Management or Business Improvement role
- 6 Sigma (DMAIC) Black Belt
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Strong computer literacy and ideally experience in MS Visio and ProMapp
