ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth and expansion we have an attractive opportunity for an experienced business intelligence professional to continue their career with us and grow with the company! This strategic role will ensure that we have the business intelligence insight to succeed in our newest market – Australia. If you are passionate about analytics and have the drive for strong commercial outcomes, this is a role for you!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 5+ year's in a similar role;
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Exceptional influencing skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Previous exposure to analysing external data including consumer behaviour and retail panels;
  • Experience working within large, complex, cross functional teams;
  • Thorough experience working with senior executives of a business;

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with Buyers across Food and General Merchandise categories and provide actionable insights to grow our business;
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to formulate product ranging and pricing strategies;
  • Monitor and report category performance by leveraging internal and external data sources;
  • Build and maintain product ranging tools, including establishing scalable processes across the commercial team;
  • Become a change agent, who will lead process improvement projects from inception to completion;
  • Influence the executive leadership team by providing data driven insights;
