NDT Rope Access Technician
Tasman Rope Access Pty Ltd (TRA) is an Australian owned and operated company that specialises in providing rope access services in mining and construction in the WA mining sector. Tasman Rope Access prides itself on providing quality fixed plant maintenance and installation services and aims to be industry leaders in rope access shut down maintenance. TRA are looking for like-minded, hardworking Rope Access Technicians who are interested in ongoing Shutdown work in the Pilbara region.
To be considered, candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and have worked in the rope access industry in the last 6 months. Other essential qualifications include:
- Current IRATA Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 certification
- UT2 and MPI Certification (certified by either PCN or AINDT)
- Working at Heights national accreditation
- Confined Space national accreditation
- Construction White Card
- Rio Tinto, BHP or FMG inductions will be preferred but not essential
TRA are looking for candidates that possess a 'can do attitude', work well as part of a team and above all else hold a strong knowledge and commitment to safety. Candidates must also be able to provide a national police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
