We are looking for a new Graduate Business Analyst for immediate start to work in our engineering team, located at Stafford in Brisbane.
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong administration skills and at least 2 years experience working in an office environment.
- A degree in either Business/Commerce or Engineering
- Possess advanced literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy and task orientation
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and be familiar with using Apple Mac software
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure; meet deadlines; adapt quickly to change and be willing to take on new challenges
- Understanding and experience in the importance of systems and procedures
About the position
This role provides internal support for the sales team, account management and contracts administrator. You will be part of a small team with a strong supportive team culture who work together to achieve objectives.
You will be responsible for collating and preparing data to submit energy tender requests to retailer partners (energy companies); ensure daily system requirements meet the needs of the business and develop ongoing improvements. The ability to work independently is essential.
This position is ideally suited to a recent Graduate that has high level analytical and maths skills who ideally lives in a commutable distance. Non-Australian Citizens need not apply.
