About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Serviceman to commence at Isaac Plain. Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience operating a Service truck on a mine site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate service plant equipment
- Work rotating 7/7 rosters at a mine site in the Bowen basin
- Pre-start checks
- Maintain equipment
- Operate equipment safely
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence or HR RII Competency
- Past mining experience in a similar role
- Will be servicing and maintaining Mining equipment
- RII - Refuelling and Servicing Plant Equipment - Advantageous
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
Skills/Experience
- 2 years experience as a serviceman
- Current Drivers Licence
- Production oriented with a focus on achieving results for both yourself and for the company
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- Your key focus is safety with a high attention to detail to abide by site procedures.
- A medical including drug and alcohol testing is required as part of the recruitment process.
