International mining house requires a Civil Project Engineer to join their coal operations in the Bowen basin
Your new company
An international mining house that is at the forefront of the extraction of coal is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to drive the delivery of infrastructure projects for one their leading coal operations in the Bowen basin.
Your new role
Reporting into Engineering Manager you will be responsible for preparing projects from completed design phased to contractor handover, this will include but not limited to; carrying out project scopes, schedules, pre and post tender administration and QA reporting. During from your demonstrated experience in capital works planning and delivery you will communicate with a wide range of stakeholder to ensure the project objectives are met.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with a proven track record in the delivery of major civil construction projects within a resources and mining sector. Experience working within water, sewer or pipeline construction projects is highly desired
