About us –

KCA Site Services is a WA owned and operated Mining supplier, providing quality personnel and service solutions to the Mining Industry locally and overseas. KCA Site Service has recently ventured into underground projects work and is looking for a small team to be apart of the growth in this exciting part of the business. 

What we're looking for –

We are looking for experienced Underground Grout Crew personnel that would like to take the next challenge in their career and work for a company that is growing rapidly and has an emphasis on looking after it's employees. Our priority is building strong working relationships with our staff. We are looking for people that have a positive attitude and can work in a safely manner.  

To be considered for these roles you must have –

• Practical experience in Grout Crew, Service Crew or Paste Crew
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
• A valid Driver's Licence and relevant qualifications such as Working at Heights
• Willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical with Drug & Alcohol 
• High level of safety awareness with a can-do attitude
• You must have the right to live and work in Australia
• Local Kalgoorlie residents will be preferred
