Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division (M&IS) delivers maintenance, shutdown, and minor capital works projects through long-term maintenance contracts within the oil and gas sector. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity, integrating with customer systems to develop and execute maintenance work. Our M&IS division scopes, plans and executes maintenance activities through a combination of core personnel managed by Monadelphous and seconded labour embedded into our customers' maintenance teams.

Our Oil & Gas division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world-class onshore and offshore assets. As such, we are seeking applications from high-calibre candidates to join our successful Oil and Gas division as a Resource Estimator.

These roles require an Electrical and Instrumentation or Mechanical trade background with experience utilizing SAP or other CMMS systems. A strong systems background will also assist in the creation of detailed and interactive reporting to present to both internal and external stakeholders.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance activities
  • Development of Work Packs
  • Resourcing Work Orders
  • Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
  • Reporting activity status (Schedule management)
  • Assist with development of procurement and contract plans specific for activities
  • Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and control of costs for activities
  • Liaise with the planning and scheduling team as required

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Electrical and Instrumentation OR Mechanical Trade Qualification required
  • Proven experience within the Oil and Gas industry in a maintenance capacity
  • Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
