Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division (M&IS) delivers maintenance, shutdown and minor capital works projects through long term maintenance contracts within the oil and gas sector. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity, integrating with customer systems to develop and execute maintenance work. Our M&IS division scopes, plans and executes maintenance activities through a combination of core personnel managed by Monadelphous and seconded labour embedded into our customers' maintenance teams.

Our M&IS Oil & Gas division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world class offshore assets. Due to continued growth, we are seeking applications from high-calibre candidates to fill the position of Senior Project Engineer within our team. We are looking for hands-on leaders who are commercially astute, people focussed and solution driven.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the interface between the Engineering and Maintenance teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract.
• Manage and supervise the resolution of technical/ design queries as required.
• Lead the procurement and work pack development for the project.
• Compile schedule, cost, progress and forecast reports for the project; ensuring all schedule reporting requirements are met.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure acceptable quality of workmanship.
• Supervise the work of Project Engineers, Graduate and Undergraduate engineers.

In addition to this the successful candidate will possess:

• A Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related area).
• Significant experience in a multidisciplinary environment within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experience developing project schedules, budgets and work-packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones and project costs.
• A strong commercial acumen ensuring responsibility for key deliverables and incorporating report preparation and presentation.
• Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills for establishing client relationships, making group presentations, and communicating effectively with site personnel
