Mobile Maintenance Fabrication Supervisor
Reporting to the Digger, Drill and Fabrication Superintendent, this role will be responsible for all aspects of fabrication for the Cloudbreak Mobile fleet. You will be accountable for the safety, planning, organising, supervision and control of personnel.
Roster - 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
FIFO ex: Perth
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensure compliance to skills training matrix for self and direct reports
- Conducting field interactions and completing incident investigation in BMS
- Identify, develop and publish SWI's
- Adherence to the business plan
- Supervision of personnel
- Ensure the Mobile Maintenance achieves or exceed budget availability and safety performance
- Ensure all team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives
- Demonstrate strong safety values
- Oversee the maintenance of HME buckets and trays
Qualifications and skills required:
- Considerable experience in a similar role gained in maintaining mobile fleet in a workshop and field situation
- Strong supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven commitment to safety
- Previous fabrication experience in heavy mobile fleet
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and computerized maintenance management systems
- Fabrication (Heavy) Trade background and/or Engineering qualification
- HR driving license
