Looking to engage a plant operator on a short term basis to assist with plant commissioning at our Recycled Water Plant.

As part of the testing and commissioning activities, the operator will be required to perform both field-based and SCADA-based plant operation.
maintain detailed records of commissioning tasks,
undertake minor repair works and plant modifications and provide input into the Permit to Work processes,
risk assessments and other site safety requirements.
As the process also relies on the use of various chemicals additives, experience with storage and dosing system of bulk corrosive chemicals would also be preferred.

The Ideal Candidate...

would be a mechanical fitter / plant operator.
Having experience in the testing and commissioning of water treatment plants.
In addition to this, experience with membrane based desalination or water recycling plants would be highly advantageous.
