Our client is urgently requires a Senior Project Engineer – Laboratory for a 12 month contract role in the mining sector. This role is based in Perth with anticipated start date of August 2018.

Experience:

• Senior Project Engineer with over 10 years’ experience on mining and infrastructure projects.

• Successful record overseeing all phases of construction projects including engineering, project management, subcontractor management, site supervision and reporting.

• Demonstrated understanding of policies, processes and practices involved in managing project delivery and commissioning.

Specific Role Requirements:

• Preparation of sampling design criteria and scope of work, equipment and control system specifications, HAZOPs, CHAZOP and LOPAs, risk reviews, planning/scheduling, sub contractor supervision, preparation of FAT and SAT test specifications for lump and fines sample stations, robotic sample preparation cells and analysis laboratory.
