The Opportunity – Development Mechanical Coordinator
Based at Dendrobium, the Development Mechanical Coordinator manages and ensures maintenance activities on the plant, equipment and utilities are safely executed to plans and specified standards.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Continuous improvement of the work order system, including BOMs, task lists and duration of works
- Manage the execution of all maintenance tasks/projects within development areas across all shifts
- Ensure quality control of Maintenance Execution activities within development
- Work with planning lead time, outstanding work orders and outstanding notifications
- Oversee development mechanical spares and tools as identified
- Provide technical support to shift teams for resolution and RCA Investigations

- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Hydraulics Certificate of Competence
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Underground Coal Mine
- Mechanical Engineering Certificate (desired)
