This position will involve Resource and Reserve drilling (both diamond and RC) with a focus on geological interpretation, drill design, planning and execution, data validation, QAQC reporting documentation and wireframing. Experience with operational logistics and on-site management of drill programs is essential.

The successful candidate will have tertiary Geoscience qualifications and be experienced in the following key areas:

Minimum of 4 years' experience with Gold
Data validation and database management
Sampling theory and practice, QAQC protocol and documentation
3D wireframing
Experience with grade control drill design and Resource development drill design
Experience with drill program management, execution, logging, sampling and an understanding of down hole survey deviation
An understanding and ability to improve upon operating procedures, documentation, risk assessment and reduction to achieve a safe work environment
Experience with working as a part of a team and as a team leader.
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
