Non-Process Infrastructure / Facilities Maintenance Services

POSITION SUMMARY
Following the successful award of a long-term Non-Process Infrastructure Maintenance Services contract, Downer are accepting Expressions of Interest from experienced semi-skilled candidates and trades skilled candidates with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance with the following skill sets:
- Grounds persons
- Store Persons
- HVAC Technicians
- Refrigeration Mechanics
- Electrical Trades – Maintenance and light commercial
- Plumbers - Maintenance and light commercial
- Operators – Utilities ( Power & Water )
- Plant and Equipment Operators – light
- Mechanical Trades
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Non-Trade – maintenance personnel
We are currently seeking experienced people living residentially in the Onslow area, or interested in a FIFO arrangement ( Perth base) with substantial hands on experience and who are highly motivated.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have:
- Strong experience in Facilities Maintenance;
- Trade qualification (where applicable) with applicable licenses
- Knowledge in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks;
- Ability to work safely and understand best practice in a non-process infrastructure environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); and
All suitable applicants will provide:

- Provide all necessary documentation/qualifications/tickets relevant to position sought
