Mining Engineer – Grosvenor Mine
Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will deliver best practice mining engineering services and support to the mine, supporting Zero Harm by ensuring compliance with all safety systems and legislation.
You will have the opportunity in this role to contribute to the effective management of change work order mine planning & scheduling, technical projects, ventilation and gas. You will achieve this by supporting designated Department Coordinators and interacting effectively with the Operations team.
To be successful in the role, you will hold a Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mining / Geotechnical, or equivalent). You will preferably have demonstrated experience within the underground coal mining environment. Your high level of enthusiasm, commitment to delivering outcomes, and possession of strong interpersonal skills will be key to your success in the role.
