About the role
We are currently looking for process plant operators / technicians to work on a demonstration plant campaign for 4-8 weeks. The role involves 12 h ourshift work, including day or night shift. The roster is nominally 5 days / nights on and 2 days off but due to the nature of the project, flexibility and the ability to start within 2 weeks is paramount.

Skills and experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be well regarded:
- operation of batch or continuous autoclave circuits
- operation of batch or continuous atmospheric leach circuits
- operation of continuous solvent extraction circuits
- operation of batch or continuous pressure filtration circuits
- operation of batch or continuous precipitation circuits\
- experience in a continuous metallurgical processing plant or pilot/demonstration plant
- forklift ticket
- experience handling hazardous chemicals such as corrosive and flammable materials
In addition, you will need to possess the following:
- a desire and ability to see and make improvements
- a track record of high level performance in plant operation roles
- computer literacy for using electronic logsheets
- positive energy and a sense of humour
- hands on, practical attitude and ability to perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g. unblock bogged slurry lines, replace minor wear/consumable items etc.)
