THE COMPANY
We have partnered with Emeco Group who specialise in providing Earthmoving Equipment Services benefiting the mining sectors. Due to an exciting period of growth, our client requires experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters/Plant Mechanics to join their growing team.
They have various roles with market leading rates on offer:
- Field Service Heavy Diesel Technician – Hunter Valley
- Field Service Heavy Diesel Technician– Gunnedah
- Plant Mechanic/Heavy Diesel Technician – Site based in Muswellbrook area
All for an immediate start.
BENEFITS:
- Temp to Perm & Perm opportunities
- 4/5 Roster days only
- Perm $54 - $60 per hour on 12 hour shifts
- Vehicle supplied for Field roles
THE ROLES:
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with solution focused approach
- A strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a team environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- MUST have demonstrated experience working on CAT & Hitachi heavy mobile equipment
- Nationally recognised mechanical trade in Mobile Plant Technology, Plant Mechanic, HD Fitter
- Current drivers licence & High Risk Licence (DG, WP, C6 & LF)
- Test Operational Functions competency desirable
- Own reliable transport - DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) for site based roles
