We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team at HVO. Reporting to the Contracts Coordinator you will assist in reducing the commercial and contractual risks of tendering, purchasing and contracting by securing and implementing optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.

Responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Procurement of a range of goods and services
  • Creation of project scope documents
  • Assist in the writing and implementation of commercial contracts
  • Implementation of vendor and contract database
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Identification and analysis of improvement and savings opportunities

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have experience in a procurement, purchasing or contracts role
  • Have communication and problem solving skills
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Apply commercial acumen to decisions
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Act decisively, honestly and with integrity
